The user agrees to use Legal Assistant AI responsibly and to comply with these terms and conditions, which consist of this text, the documents referenced herein, and any other specific terms governing, at any given time, certain services, features, and functionalities of Legal Assistant AI.
Access to and use of the App implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the App.
Nature of the Service and Transparency
The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that Legal Assistant AI is an artificial intelligence system with no direct human intervention in the generation of responses and documents. Legal Assistant AI is not a lawyer; it is a legal advisory service and is not authorized to practice law. The information provided by Legal Assistant AI is the result of automated data analysis processes, which may lead to inaccuracies or outdated information due to changes in regulations and case law.
The User acknowledges and agrees that the use of Legal Assistant AI does not, under any circumstances, constitute an attorney-client relationship, nor does it imply the provision of personalized legal services. In this regard, the User assumes sole responsibility for the interpretation and use of the information provided by Legal Assistant AI, and to that end, we recommend that the User consult with an attorney before making any legal decisions. Legal Assistant AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated responses, nor their applicability to specific situations.
Furthermore, the User agrees that any action taken based on the information provided by Legal Assistant AI is the User’s sole responsibility, and hereby releases MPER STUDIO S.L., its licensors, related entities, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage (direct or indirect), or loss arising from such use. It is recommended that, in case of doubt, the User consult with a duly qualified legal professional.
Legal Assistant AI is governed, among other applicable laws, by the provisions set forth in Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 13, 2024 (the “Artificial Intelligence Regulation”). In compliance with said regulation, Legal Assistant AI guarantees ethical and responsible operations, aligned with the principles of transparency, fairness, security, and human oversight.
Service Limitations
The information generated by the App does not constitute professional legal advice and should not be interpreted as such.
– It does not replace consultation with a licensed, registered, or authorized attorney.
– The content provided is for informational and guidance purposes only.
The App is not designed to be used in actual legal proceedings or for making binding legal decisions.
Services and Access
The app is not available for free.
All features require a paid subscription.
Use Without Registration and Data Processing
Using the App does not require registration, logging in, or creating a user account.
No personal data that directly identifies the user (name, email address, phone number, or other identifying information) is collected.
The App may process certain technical and usage data in a pseudonymized form: aggregated usage information, in-app events, performance metrics, or error detection.
This data is used exclusively for technical, analytical, and service improvement purposes and does not allow for the personal identification of the user.
Under no circumstances will any attempt be made to identify the user based on this data.
Subscriptions and Payments
Available subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual) are managed and billed exclusively through:
- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store
Prices may vary by region.
The developer does not have access to or store payment information, billing methods, or transaction data.
Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless the user cancels them directly through the relevant platform (Google Play or the App Store) before the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy
The developer does not directly handle refunds or returns.
Any refund requests must be processed in accordance with the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights to which the user may be entitled under applicable law or the policies of those platforms.

License
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual and industrial property rights related to the App, its design, code, content, and features are the exclusive property of MPER STUDIO SL or its licensors.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or use is prohibited.
User Obligations
A “User” is defined as any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses Legal Assistant AI. The User represents that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these terms and conditions.
If the User is under 18 years of age, they represent that they have obtained permission from their parents or legal guardian to use Legal Assistant AI and that the parents or legal guardian have read and fully understood the following terms and conditions.
The user agrees to:
A. Lawful and Responsible Use
Use the App solely for lawful, personal, and general informational purposes, refraining from using it for illegal, fraudulent, or unlawful activities.
B. Respect for the App’s Operation
Not to interfere with, damage, alter, or compromise the normal operation of the App, its systems, algorithms, networks, or servers, including attempts at unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or the use of automated tools.
C. Conscious Use of Generated Information
You acknowledge that the responses provided by the App do not replace professional legal advice and should not be used as the sole basis for making legal, contractual, or judicial decisions.
D. Compliance with the Terms
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the restriction, suspension, or blocking of access to the App.
Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
The User acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, as well as the services described herein; accordingly, MPER STUDIO S.L., its licensors, related entities, affiliates, and/or subsidiaries, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
– Errors or omissions in the information provided.
– Losses of any kind, direct or indirect damages, and/or the User’s loss of profits arising from the use of the services and Legal Assistant AI, as well as from any computer interruption, delay, or system failure.
– The User’s failure to comply with the obligations described in these terms and conditions.
– The generation of incorrect or erroneous results resulting from the provision of the service and interaction with the User.
In any case, such liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User.
Finally, it is recommended to consult with a licensed attorney before making any decision with legal implications, as the service is provided using generative Artificial Intelligence and there is no licensed professional behind it to endorse the responses.
Changes
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect upon their publication in the app or on the official website.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
For any dispute, conflict, or claim that may arise from accessing or using the App, the parties expressly agree to submit to the courts of Spain.
If the user qualifies as a consumer, territorial jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Spanish consumer and user protection regulations.
If the user does not qualify as a consumer, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the city where the developer has its registered office, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
