The User agrees to use Legal Assistant AI responsibly and to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which comprise this text, the documents referred to in it, and any specific terms that may govern certain Legal Assistant AI services, features and functionalities from time to time.
Access and use of the App implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must refrain from using the App.
Nature of service and transparency
The User expressly acknowledges and accepts that Legal Assistant AI is an artificial intelligence system, with no direct human involvement in generating responses and documents. Legal Assistant AI is not a lawyer and is not authorised to practise law. The information it provides results from automated data-analysis processes and may contain inaccuracies or become outdated as legislation and case law change.
The User acknowledges and accepts that use of Legal Assistant AI does not, under any circumstances, create a lawyer-client relationship or constitute the provision of personalised legal services. The User is solely responsible for interpreting and using the information provided by Legal Assistant AI. Before making any legal decision, we recommend consulting a qualified legal professional. Legal Assistant AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of generated responses, nor their applicability to particular circumstances.
Likewise, the User accepts that any action based on the information provided by Legal Assistant AI is their exclusive responsibility, exempting MPER STUDIO S.L., licensors, related entities, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents, from any claim, any damage (direct or indirect) or harm derived from its use. It is recommended that, in case of doubt, the User consults a duly qualified legal professional.
Among other applicable laws, Legal Assistant AI is subject to Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 June 2024 (the “Artificial Intelligence Act”). In compliance with that Regulation, Legal Assistant AI seeks to operate ethically and responsibly, in line with the principles of transparency, fairness, security and human oversight.
Service limitation
The information generated by the App does not constitute professional legal advice and should not be interpreted as such.
– It does not replace consultation with a qualified lawyer authorised to practise.
– The content offered is merely informative and indicative.
– The App is not designed to be used in actual legal procedures or for the adoption of binding legal decisions.
Services and access
The App does not offer a free tier.
All features require a paid subscription.
Use without registration and data processing
Use of the App does not require registration, logging in or creating a user account.
No personal data is collected that directly identifies the user (name, email, telephone number or other identifying data).
The App may process certain technical and usage data in pseudonymised form, including aggregated usage information, in-App events, performance metrics and error-detection data.
This data is used exclusively for technical, analytics and service-improvement purposes, and does not allow the User to be personally identified.
In no case will an attempt be made to identify the user from said data.
Subscriptions and payments
Available subscriptions (weekly, monthly or annual) are managed and billed exclusively through:
- Google Play Store
- Apple App Store
Prices may vary by region.
The developer does not access or store payment information, billing methods or transaction data.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless the User cancels them directly through the relevant platform (Google Play or the App Store) before the end of the current subscription period.
Refund Policy
The developer does not directly manage refunds or returns.
Any refund request must be processed in accordance with the policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that may correspond to the user under applicable legislation or the policies of said platforms.

License to use
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Intellectual property
All intellectual and industrial property rights over the App, its design, code, content and functionalities are the exclusive property of MPER STUDIO SL or its licensors.
Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification or use is prohibited.
User obligations
Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses Legal Assistant AI is considered a User. The user declares that he or she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to accept these terms and conditions.
If you are under 18 years of age, you declare that you have the permission of your parents or legal guardian to use Legal Assistant AI and that they have read and fully understood the following terms and conditions.
The user agrees to:
A. Lawful and responsible use
Use the App only for lawful, personal and general-information purposes, and refrain from using it for illegal, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful activities.
B. Respect for the operation of the App
Not to interfere, damage, alter or compromise the normal functioning of the App, its systems, algorithms, networks or servers, including unauthorized access attempts, reverse engineering or use of automated tools.
C. Conscious use of the information generated
Accept that the answers provided by the App do not replace professional legal advice and should not be used as the sole basis for making legal, contractual or judicial decisions.
D. Compliance with Terms
Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the restriction, suspension or blocking of access to the App.
Limitation and disclaimer
The User declares that they know and understand these Terms and Conditions and the services described in them. Accordingly, MPER STUDIO S.L., its licensors, related entities, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
– Errors and omissions in the information provided.
– Losses of any kind, direct or indirect damages and/or loss of profits of the User, derived from the use of the services and Legal Assistant AI, as well as any computer interruption, delay or blockage of the systems.
– Failure to comply with the obligations described in these terms and conditions by Users.
– The generation of incorrect or erroneous results, generated by the provision of the service and the interaction with the User.
In any case, said liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the User.
Finally, it is recommended to consult with a professional lawyer before making any decision with legal implications, since the service is provided with generative Artificial Intelligence and there is no registered professional behind it supporting the answers.
Modifications
The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The modifications will be effective upon publication in the App or on the official website.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
For any dispute, conflict or claim arising from access to or use of the App, the parties expressly agree to submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
Where the User is a consumer, territorial jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with Spanish consumer-protection legislation.
If the User is not a consumer, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the city in which the developer has its registered office, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
